This role is a strong fit for someone who is organized, patient-focused, and confident managing scheduling, insurance workflows, documentation, and front desk communication. The Front Office Coordinator is often the first point of contact for patients and plays an important role in shaping the overall patient experience. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, good judgment, professionalism under pressure, and the ability to balance patient service with administrative accuracy.
