Job Description

Job Summary:
The Patient Services Specialist is responsible for providing excellent customer service to patients while managing front desk operations. This role ensures a smooth patient experience by greeting patients, managing appointments, processing patient information, handling insurance verification, collecting payments, and assisting with day-to-day administrative duties.
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or GED equivalent required. 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare or front desk setting preferred. Experience with EHR systems, patient registration, and insurance verification preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Other Abilities:
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to manage patient needs and concerns effectively. Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate with other clinic staff and departments. Knowledge of HIPAA and medical office procedures to ensure compliance with privacy regulations.
Location :
Glendale Schedule:
M-F 9:45 a.m. - 6:45 p.m. and one Saturday a month (rotation)
