Unhooked Recovery - 3.6 Mesa, AZ Job Details 14 hours ago Qualifications First aid High school diploma or GED Full Job Description Admissions Coordinator - Unhooked Recovery Unhooked Recovery is seeking a compassionate and organized Admissions Coordinator to help guide clients and families through the admissions process for our behavioral health and substance abuse treatment programs. Responsibilities Coordinate admissions and referrals for inpatient and outpatient programs Verify insurance/AHCCCS eligibility Schedule assessments and maintain accurate documentation in EHR Communicate with clinical teams, families, and referral sources Maintain HIPAA and 42 CFR confidentiality standards Provide excellent customer service and support during the admissions process Qualifications Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable speaking with clients, families, and providers over the phone Experience in behavioral health, substance abuse treatment, or healthcare preferred Knowledge of Microsoft Office and electronic documentation systems High School Diploma or GED required Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is compassionate, professional, detail-oriented, and able to remain calm in fast-paced situations.
