Work Environment As a remote position, our Licensed Professional Counselor will work from the comfort of their home while utilizing advanced telehealth technologies to connect with clients. The telehealth facility is equipped with the latest electronic medical record (EMR) systems to streamline documentation and enhance communication. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality, trauma-informed, and evidence-based therapy services through virtual platforms. Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to understand client needs and develop tailored treatment plans. Maintain ongoing clinical documentation to track client progress and adapt treatment as needed. Facilitate individual, group, and family counseling sessions, utilizing your expertise and preferences to deliver effective care. Engage in regular collaboration with our clinical team and external providers to coordinate comprehensive client care. Participate in clinical consultations and seek out professional development opportunities to enhance your therapeutic skills. Patient Population / Client Focus The LPC will work with a diverse client base that includes individuals, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges. We support clients from multiple backgrounds, providing an opportunity to specialize in specific areas or broaden your practice across different populations. The flexibility of the role allows counselors to engage with clients uniquely, tailoring approaches to best fit their needs. Qualifications Must hold an active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Arizona; associate-level licenses will not be considered. A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field is required. Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in outpatient, community, or private practice settings. A strong commitment to ethical, client-centered care and a passion for mental health support. Excellent organizational and communication skills, particularly with remote client interactions. Technological proficiency and comfort with EMR systems; training will be provided. Preferred Experience Experience providing therapy services through telehealth methods, including familiarity with virtual counseling platforms. Specialization in specific therapeutic modalities or populations is a plus, enhancing our ability to meet diverse client needs. A background in trauma-informed therapy or evidence-based practices is highly desirable. Compensation and Benefits Competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
