Job Description
Pediatric Treatment Coordinator Image Specialty Partners

Schedule:
This is a full-time position Monday- Thursday 8am
- 5pm Friday
- 7am•3pm possible Saturday 8am•5pm

Preferred 2+ years of experience working in pediatrics dental practice. Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with strong abilities in negotiation and influencing Must be comfortable and effective when speaking with patients regarding their treatment as well as talking about the financials of the treatment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands effectively. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards governing dental practices. Outgoing and socially poised; accomplishes goals by working with others Proactive and results-oriented with a hands-on approach to challenges Bilingual- the ability to read, write, and speak Spanish is required.
Responsibilities Include:
Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure timely service delivery that exceeds customer expectations Drive high standards of care through optimal administrative excellence, including inquiries, billing, and record-keeping Implement and oversee the adherence to office policies and procedures to maintain high productivity and compliance Collaborate with dentists and staff to foster a positive work environment and promote professional growth, addressing any issues that may arise Explain treatment options and associated costs to patients clearly and effectively Facilitate financial discussions and payment plans with patients.About Us:
