About the
Position:
We are seeking a full time(4 days/ week) Front office Admin for our General Dentistry office in Cupertino, CA. We are looking for a person who has both excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills. 1 year of Dental office front desk experience is a requirement. Our practice is committed to excellence in both dentistry and patient care, and this person is tasked with ensuring these standards are met on a daily basis. The Admin is responsible for the following essential duties: Helping to create an atmosphere that ensures the highest quality dental experience for patients Maintaining a friendly and welcoming relationship with all patients Responsible for answering phones and greeting patients with professionalism and care Presenting treatment plans, collecting payments Verifying insurance eligibility and estimating co-pays Scheduling patients and collecting all necessary information Being part of the high standards for ethical and professional conduct at all times Participating in the goals of the practice Accurate balancing of all office transactions Thoroughly answering patients' questions Reviewing aging report and following up with patients to collect the balance The ideal candidate will have at least the minimum skills and abilities: A high attention to detail and ability to problem solve Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Strong background in Dentrix and understanding of dental insurances Superior communication skills, both written and verbal Highly organized and energetic Must have experience and in-depth knowledge of dental systems High level of professionalism- including attire and appearance This is a great opportunity for a skilled professional with a dental background.

$20.00 - $35.00 per hour
