This pivotal role involves overseeing daily administrative functions, managing patient and staff interactions, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and supporting clinical teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive medical office experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care. Duties Coordinate all administrative activities within the medical office, including scheduling, patient intake, and record management Managign Medical records and scheduling appointments using EMR (Electronic Medical Records), and EHR (Electronic Health Records) platforms Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations, healthcare policies, and JCAHO standards to safeguard patient information and uphold quality standards Eligibility checks with various insurance companies Authorization submissions Answering phone calls and directing patients to the correct departments Utilization of insurance portals for checking insurances and authorizations Coordinating in-clinic patients and rooming patients Scanning documents into the EMR system Providing patient education about surgical processes Collecting payments Coordinating care with other office as a part of each patient's team member.
Experience:
Must have medical office experience Familiarity with ICD-10 and CPT codes Excellent customer service Phone ettiquete Attention to detail Responsible and accountable
Punctual Preferences:
Armenian Language preferred

$20.00 - $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 32.0 - 40.0 per week
