November 10, 2026 Key Responsibilities Room patients, take vitals/history, schedule appointments Sterilize instruments, prep treatment rooms, maintain clinical supply inventory Turn the rooms over in between patients and organizing/cleaning the rooms Verify insurance eligibility and collect payments Maintain patient records in the EHR; answer phones and patient inquiries Coordinate referrals and support basic billing, liaising with the billing serviceRequired:
2+ years of experience as a Medical Assistant in a clinical setting Warm, reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently Seeking a long-term, career-track role Comfortable learning our EHR/practice management software Familiarity with insurance verification and billing basics CMA or RMA credentialBonus:
