Director of Patient Care Services (RN) Greater Living & Care LLC Job Type Independent Contractor (1099) Part-Time Flexible Schedule Compensation $1,000-$1,500 per month About Us Greater Living & Care LLC is a new California Home Health Agency preparing for state licensing and Medicare/Medi-Cal certification. Our mission is to provide compassionate, high-quality care that allows patients to remain safely in their homes while maintaining dignity, independence, and quality of life. We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to serve as our Director of Patient Care Services (DPCS) during our startup phase. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Home Health RN looking for flexible supplemental income with the opportunity to grow alongside the agency. Responsibilities Serve as the agency's Director of Patient Care Services (DPCS). Provide the clinical oversight required by California regulations. Review and approve clinical policies, procedures, and patient care protocols. Assist with licensing, Medicare, Medi-Cal, and accreditation preparation. Ensure compliance with California Home Health regulations. Be available for required clinical consultation and regulatory surveys. Assist with quality assurance and agency development. Support agency leadership as operations expand. Qualifications Required Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing. Meets California qualifications to serve as Director of Patient Care Services. Home Health experience. Knowledge of Medicare Conditions of Participation. Knowledge of California Home Health regulations. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Preferred Previous experience as a Director of Patient Care Services or Director of Nursing. CHAP, ACHC, or Joint Commission survey experience. Experience helping startup Home Health Agencies obtain licensure.
