Part-Time Scheduler/Receptionist - Outpatient Physical Therapy Clinic (Lincoln) Join our friendly, patient-focused outpatient physical therapy clinic in Lincoln! We're looking for a dependable, organized, and personable Part-Time Scheduler/Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our practice.

Responsibilities include:

Scheduling new and existing patient appointments Answering and addressing phone calls Greeting patients and assisting with check-in/check-out Patient intake and accurate data entry Insurance verification (bonus) Supporting other front office administrative duties as needed We're looking for someone who: Has previous receptionist or medical office experience (preferred) Is comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment Pays close attention to detail Has excellent communication and customer service skills Creates a warm, positive experience for every patient Experience with insurance verification is a plus If you're organized, reliable, and enjoy helping people while working with a great team, we'd love to hear from you!
