This role is essential to providing excellent patient service and ensuring smooth daily operations. Responsibilities Checking patients in and out Scheduling appointments Assisting patients both in person and over the phone Verifying insurance information at check-in Scanning and uploading new insurance cards into the Electronic Health Record (EHR) Verifying and updating patient demographic information Communicating effectively via phone, fax, email, text, and the EHR system Requirements Reliable and dependable Professional demeanor Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent verbal communication skills Some medical practice experience is a plus, but not required Bilingual is a plus, but not required. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, punctual, and committed to delivering excellent customer service.
Pay:
$19.00 - $21.00 per hour
