• Simple Staffing is hiring for this position on behalf of Shady Grove Fertility • Opportunity Overview We have an immediate opening for a Patient Services Specialist to join our team at Reproductive Science Center of the San Francisco Bay Area in Menlo Park, CA. In this role, the Patient Services Specialist will: Welcome patients and visitors to the office Answer and assist all incoming telephone calls Schedule appointments using a computerized scheduling system and conducting follow-up calls when necessary Provide timely and accurate information and quality customer service to incoming patient inquiries Maintain patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal, financial, and insurance information What You'll Bring We're looking for professionals who bring both technical skill and a deep sense of responsibility to the care experience—individuals who thrive in environments where excellence, empathy, and accountability matter.
Qualifications and Skills Include:
High school diploma; Associates degree or Business School diploma Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service-related position Knowledge of office procedure and office machines (i.e. computer, fax, copier, etc.) Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office suite Ability to communicate accurately and concisely Excellent interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in an ever-changing environment More important than any single credential, however, is the right person .
