Job Description Hiring an Intake Coordinator to join a short term electronic research study in Menlo Park, CA.

Schedule:
7:30 am - 4:30pm Monday to Saturday (7-8 hour shifts)Dates:
August 31st - Early October Day toDay:
This person is responsible for managing the check-in area, ensuring research participants are greeted warmly and ensuring paperwork is filled out efficiently for each participant. Must be tech savvy to assist with online paperwork (via DocuSign) completed on tablets. Ability to multi-task, to manage multiple people "checking in" at once and adapting/prioritizing based on the schedule. Overall, must ensure the check in process moves smoothly for all parties involved in this consumer electronic research study.
