Heart Artery and Vein Center is a reputable medical practice serving Montebello and surrounding communities for over 20 years. We provide specialized care for patients with heart and vascular conditions and operate an office-based surgery center. We are committed to compassionate, professional, and high-quality patient care. Position Overview We are seeking an energetic, organized, and dependable Office Manager with previous management or supervisory experience, preferably in a medical or physician office setting. This is a self starter position with support from administrator. The Assistant Office Manager will work closely with the Office Administrator and physicians to oversee daily operations, manage staff and schedules, and ensure the practice runs efficiently. Key Responsibilities Work closely with the Office Administrator to manage and oversee daily office operations. Manage office and staff schedules and calendars. Manage patient schedules and ensure 3-4 cases are consistently scheduled and prepared for each procedure day. This is a key responsibility of the position. Coordinate physicians' calendars, patient appointments, procedures, and office activities. Supervise and support office staff and promote accountability and teamwork. Work directly with physicians in an administrative capacity. Order and maintain office and medical supplies. Assist with accounts payable and bank statement reconciliation. Take ownership of projects and ensure completion and follow-through. Qualifications Previous management or supervisory experience preferred. Medical or physician office experience strongly preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. High energy, dependable, accountable, and professional. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced medical environment. Strong follow-through and problem-solving skills. Spanish is a plus! (not required)
