Job Description
Our Precision Eyecare - Mountain View clinic is looking for someone like you to bring your exceptional skills and experience and join us as a Patient Services Specialist ! In this role, you'll deliver exceptional service and support, enhancing the lives of our patients in a dynamic, and rewarding environment that values teamwork and collaboration. This position is a part-time role working 20-29 hours per week. Our clinic is open Tuesday to Saturday. What You'll Do Greet and welcome patients to the clinic, manage patient check-in and check-out and engage with patients in person, by phone, and via email Perform pre-testing to support comprehensive eye care Coordinate appointments, prepare prescription printouts, and manage billing and payments Manage eyewear pick-ups and perform minor repairs and adjustments on eyewear Deliver exceptional customer service ensuring a positive patient experience Support clinic operations by performing additional duties as required What Do You Bring Previous retail experience is considered an asset Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with technology and computers, including MS Office Suite Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for connecting with patients and delivering exceptional patient experiences A collaborative, adaptable, and proactive team player with a growth mindset, able to manage changing priorities effectively A high school diploma or equivalent preferred How'll You'll Benefit Competitive wages, comprehensive total rewards package including benefits, 401k, paid time-off, and more Rapid and continued growth, ensuring a constantly challenging and rewarding environment A workplace culture that fosters collaboration and teamwork Continuous training and development opportunities to support career growth Why You Should Join Us FYidoctors of California operates in partnership and support of FYihealth group, Canada's largest and most technologically advanced eyecare provider.
