Job Description

Looking for a Front Office receptionist to help answer phones, schedule patient appointments, check in and out patients, and represent our office in the best manner possible. Roles include working on the medical side (Dermatology and Plastic Surgery) as well as the cosmetic side (MediSpa). Looking for someone who enjoys people and patient interactions in person. Skills and experience with electronic medical records are a plus. Seeking those with customer service experience in hospitality, Spa, concierge, etc
