Job Description

Morning View Family Therapy is a private group practice that provides help for individuals, couples, and families during their mental health journey. Morning View Family Therapy provides services for depression, anxiety, stress, grief, ptsd, etc. for all age groups. Morning View Family Therapy is looking for intake care specialists to begin immediately. This position will begin as part time with the opportunity to become full time.
Job Description:
Under supervision, the intake care specialist will work closely with clinicians and be responsible for scheduling appointments for prospective clients, answering billing questions, among other duties as business needs arise. This position will also work closely with the administrative team to make sure all tasks are completed in a timely manner. Intake Coordinator responsibilities Review prospective admissions against approved admission criteria, policies and procedures. Initiate contact to gather required clinical and demographic data from patients and other sources. Respond promptly to inquiry calls. Assist prospective patients and significant others in seeking treatment. Coordinate with referral sources. Responsible for maintaining all the documentation involved with the admissions process. Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing an overview of Morning View Family Therapy services, conducting soft screen and enrollment processes, and scheduling appointments within the electronic medical record. Collect client demographics and payment methods in the electronic medical record. Send needed documents to be completed prior to the first appointment. Work alongside our multidisciplinary team at Modern Minds to facilitate excellent client communication and care. Maintain up-to-date knowledge and database of local mental health and ancillary resources including building relationships with community partners. Answers to any billing questions Special Requests from clinicians Follow up within a timely manner when requests are made Other duties as assigned.
Pay:
$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
