Full Job Description Referral Coordinator Duties:

• Coordinate and manage the referral process for telehealth clients
• Communicate with patients, providers, and insurance companies to ensure timely and accurate referrals
• Obtain necessary documentation and authorizations for referrals
• Schedule appointments for patients with specialists or other healthcare providers
• Maintain accurate records of referrals
• Collaborate with team to ensure seamless patient care
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and address any concerns or questions regarding referrals

Qualifications:

• Spanish
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in healthcare administration is a plus
• Previous experience working in a healthcare setting preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of dental software systems
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
