Schedule:
Set schedule between the hours of 8:00am-6:30pm
Anticipated Start Date:
September 2026
Hourly Pay:
$23.20-$25.00
Benefit Highlights:

Your Responsibilities:
Deliver an exceptional patient experience by welcoming patients, managing check-in/check-out, collecting payments, and ensuring accurate registration, insurance, and eligibility information. Coordinate patient scheduling for both Medical and Dental services, maximizing provider schedules, managing cancellations and waitlists, and improving patient access to care. Support seamless clinic operations by collaborating with clinical teams, assisting with referrals and records management, and responding to patient needs in a fast-paced, team-based environment. Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with organizational policies, HIPAA requirements, and regulatory standards while protecting patient confidentiality and promoting Chapa-De's mission and values.
Experience and Skills:
Qualifications:
One year experience in a medical or dental front office setting working with Medi-Cal, Medicare, preferably at Chapa-De. Prior experience with electronic health records, preferably eClinicalWorks. Understanding of and prior experience working with Medi-Cal insurance processes in either medical and dental settings. Working knowledge of medical or dental terminology.
