Mon,Tue,Wed,Thu,Fri Join the Team That's Shaping the Future of Care in Rocklin-Where Every Patient Experience Begins with You. Be part of the founding team for our new Rocklin clinic opening in March 2027. As a Patient Service Representative, you'll help create a welcoming, person-centered experience for every patient while building trust, connection, and exceptional care from day one. If you're passionate about serving your community and making a difference, we'd love to have you join us.
Schedule:
8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. or 9:30 a.m.-6:30 p.m.
Anticipated Start Date:
September 2026
Hourly Pay:
$23.20-$25.00
Benefit Highlights:
Employer-paid Health Insurance (medical, dental and vision): 100% for employee and 80% for dependents. 17 days PTO per year, 11 Paid Holidays, 8+ Sick Days (1 hour for every 30 hours worked) Retirement Plan with 6% match
Your Responsibilities:
Field inbound calls from patients with professionalism and compassion Schedule appointments and coordinate with healthcare providers Provide accurate information on services, procedures, and general health inquiries Escalate urgent matters to appropriate medical staff promptly and efficient
Experience and Skills:
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED. Proficiency using a computer, preferably health record systems. Strong customer service approach to problem solving situations. Strong knowledge of medical terminology.
