Job Description

Job Summary We are looking for a Patient Representative for our Orthopedic Practice in San Luis Obispo. We are a physician-owned medical group and a leader in the community for orthopedic care with 3 offices on the Central Coast. This position is full time, on site, Monday through Friday, in San Luis Obispo, CA. As a Patient Services Representative, you will be the first person a caller speaks with when they call to make an appointment. You must have a friendly phone demeanor, outgoing personality, compassion, and love working with people. Bilingual is a plus. You will be a part of a team of Receptionists and Patient Services Representatives. You must be a reliable employee, and a team player wanting to help people in need of care. Communication skills is a must as well as clerical and computer skills. You will be using our electronic medical software in a fast-paced environment, experience with ModMed a plus. We handle personal, private health and financial information for our patients; therefore, you must be highly detail-oriented and respect patient confidentiality at all times.
