Job Description
General Description:
- This individual is responsible for the development, implementation, and execution of tactics related to myBeOne Support, program education, awareness and promotions to support the continued growth of
BRUKINSA
® (zanubrutinib), BEQALZI (sonrotoclax), TEVIMBRA (tislelizumab) and upcoming new indications and new molecular entity launches. The position requires strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.- Essential Functions of the job:
- Patient Services Strategy & Execution
- + Drive program awareness and understanding for internal and external audiences + Support development and execution of patient support programs and initiatives to optimize patient access + Strengthen integration across patients and healthcare providers to enhance overall patient experience + Translate field insights and customer needs into a value proposition that refines patient services materials and messaging •Promotional Strategy & Material Development•+ Lead development and execution of patient services materials in alignment with approved labeling and compliance standards.
- Distribution & Channel Collaboration
- + Identify promotional and strategic opportunities within distribution and specialty pharmacy partners. + Partner with internal and external stakeholders to align distribution strategies with patient access initiatives + Support optimization of channel visibility and patient access solutions
- 4. Cross-Functional Leadership
- + Collaborate with Market Access, Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, HEOR, Legal, Compliance, Advocacy and Commercial Operations teams to ensure aligned execution. + Act as a liaison to agencies, vendors, and third-party partners to support delivery of initiatives. + Lead cross-functional project execution and ensure alignment to timelines and business objectives
- 5. Insights, Analytics & Performance Tracking
- + Partner with business analytics to monitor performance of patient services and promotional initiatives.
Education Required:
- + Bachelor's degree in marketing or related fields
Qualifications:
- + Bachelor's degree in marketing or related fields with 8+ years of relevant experience in biotech/pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry + Experience in one or more areas: + Patient services / patient support + Market access / reimbursement + Marketing / promotional strategy + Digital / Non personal promotion + Product launch experience preferred + Oncology or specialty therapeutics experience strongly preferred •
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- + This position will not be responsible for management of direct reports. However, it will require significant agency management, and cross-functional team leadership.
