This is a full-time, in-office position. The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced medical office. Prior medical office, outpatient clinic, or surgery center experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and update patient charts Assist with in-office and telehealth visits Organize imaging reports and medical records before appointments Communicate with patients, case managers, and outside facilities Coordinate schedules with surgical centers Follow up with patients regarding appointments and instructions Support daily office workflow and communication with the team

Requirements:

Spanish-speaking required Strong computer skills required Excellent communication and organization skills Reliable attendance and punctuality required Medical office or outpatient experience preferred Experience in pain management, orthopedics, spine, surgery scheduling, personal injury, or workers' compensation is welcome
