Join our mission-driven team as a Patient Service Specialist and help make a meaningful impact in the lives of patients who need it most. Your Role & Impact The Patient Service Specialist is responsible for assisting with the training and ongoing scheduling support for new TrueCare and existing external patient support agents. The Specialist is also responsible for conducting quality assurance (QA) and schedule auditing to ensure the team provides accurate information to patients, while also maintaining a high level of customer service. In addition, the specialist will maintain demographic and insurance eligibility in TrueCare's Electronic Health Record (E.H.R.), professionally answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, schedule appointments through the E.H.R. system, answer questions about services, send messages to clinical staff, and forward calls for further triage. What We're Looking For High school diploma or the equivalent. A minimum of three (3) years of experience in a call center or customer service department/environment. Experience with data entry and Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Experience with training in individual or small group settings on processes and workflows.
