About NU Med Spa At NU Med Spa , we pride ourselves on providing a luxury wellness experience and cutting-edge aesthetic treatments. We are looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented Patient Care Coordinator to be the face of our practice and ensure every patient feels welcomed and cared for from the moment they walk through our doors. The Role You aren't just answering phones; you are the architect of the patient experience. You'll manage the flow of the clinic, educate patients on our services, and build lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
The First Impression:
Greet patients warmly, manage check-in/check-out, and maintain a pristine front-of-house environment.
Expert Scheduling:
Manage complex booking calendars for providers and consultations using our Mindbody booking system.
Patient Education:
Confidently discuss treatments (Botox, Fillers, Lasers, Skincare) and current promotions.
Sales & Retention:
Process payments, manage memberships/loyalty programs, and follow up with leads.
Administrative Support:
Maintain patient records, handle inventory of retail products, and manage clinic correspondence.
Who You Are Experienced:
2+ years in a Med Spa, Dermatology, or high-end Plastic Surgery office (Highly Preferred).
A People Person:
You have a "service-first" mindset and can handle various personality types with grace.
Tech-Savvy:
Comfortable with EMR software
Polished:
You maintain a professional appearance and demeanor that reflects the aesthetics industry. Benefits & Perks Competitive hourly wage + [Bonus/Commission structure] Employee discounts on treatments and skincare products.

$19.00 - $25.00 per hour
