Job Description
Axis Health & Wellness - Centennial, CO Axis Health & Wellness is seeking a motivated, energetic, and compassionate team member who enjoys working with people and is excited about helping patients improve their health while achieving personal and professional success. This position combines patient care, education, and sales. The ideal candidate is confident communicating with patients, enjoys building relationships, and is comfortable recommending treatment plans that help patients achieve the best possible outcomes. Responsibilities Perform SoftWave therapy treatments under the doctor's supervision. Conduct new patient interviews, health histories, and intake paperwork. Educate patients on recommended treatment plans and answer questions. Present and explain treatment recommendations and payment plan options. Help patients enroll in care plans and financing programs. Assist with patient flow and maintain accurate documentation. Provide outstanding customer service while creating a welcoming office environment. Follow up with prospective and existing patients to encourage treatment compliance. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable discussing finances and asking for the sale when appropriate. Positive, energetic, and self-motivated. Organized with strong attention to detail. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Previous sales, customer service, medical office, chiropractic, physical therapy, or wellness experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right person. Compensation Competitive hourly wage based on experience. Performance bonuses and commissions available based on treatment plan enrollments and office goals. Paid training.
