Job Description

Colorado Center for Dermatology & Skin Surgery is a doctor-owned, multi-location practice with clearly defined systems and high standards for patient service. We value professionalism, responsiveness, and consistent follow-through. This position primarily supports our Centennial, CO office while providing scheduled coverage at our Littleton, CO location approximately 6-7 days per month. We are seeking a flexible, dependable team member who enjoys working in a collaborative, multi-location environment. Key Responsibilities Greet and check in patients with professionalism and efficiency Schedule appointments accurately within provider templates Verify insurance eligibility and benefits Collect co-pays and outstanding balances Maintain accurate documentation in EHR and practice systems Communicate clearly with providers, medical assistants, and call center team Support smooth clinic flow through attention to detail and accountability The Ideal Candidate 1+ year experience in administrative, receptionist, front desk, or customer service role (medical experience helpful but not required) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Clear, professional communication skills Comfortable following established systems and structured workflows Takes ownership and meets expectations without constant oversight Strong attendance record required Values accountability and measurable performance standards Compensation & Growth Starting range: $20-24/hour (based on relevant experience) Performance and compensation are formally reviewed annually, with additional growth opportunities based on demonstrated mastery and contribution. Primary location : Centennial, CO, with regular schedule coverage at our Littleton, CO office (approximately 25-30% of working time).
