Overview Join our healthcare team as Front Desk / Patient Services Representative, at a new dermatology practice in Grand Junction, where your friendly and efficient approach will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors. In this vital role, you will manage patient check-ins, handle medical administrative tasks, and ensure a smooth flow of clinic operations. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a welcoming environment while supporting clinical staff with essential documentation processes. Duties Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out Answer phones, schedule appointments, manage patient inquiries Verify insurance and collect co-pays/payments Maintain accurate patient records in EMR Help develop front-office workflows as we grow Requirements Proven experience in a medical office or clinic environment with strong clerical and administrative skills Familiarity with EMR/EHR system, ModMed, is highly desirable Being tech-savvy with Apple systems is highly desirable Strong customer service orientation with exceptional phone communication Bilingual capabilities are a plus to serve diverse patient populations Prior healthcare experience is advantageous Demonstrated understanding of clinical confidentiality policies and HIPAA compliance standards Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to contribute to quality patient care while developing their expertise in medical administration. Pay:
$20.00 - $24.00 per hour
