Dental Office Coordinator Denver Technology Center (in-person) Greenwood Village, CO Village Dental is seeking an experienced, highly motivated, and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Dental Office Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the owner, doctors, staff, patients, and more. Village Dental is a full-service dental practice. Responsibilities and Duties:
Provide administrative support to the owner, doctors, staff, patients, and more in the day-to-day workflow. Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including leadership, doctors, front office, hygiene, and assistants. Verify patient insurance. Schedule patients and maintain a full schedule daily. Collect at time of service and process patient payments. Develop treatment plans, present plans to patients, and schedule accepted treatment. Accurately and effectively answer billing questions. Work with eAssist to achieve 100% insurance collections. Manage the A/R and insurance aging reports daily to achieve 98%+ patient collections. Conduct administrative tasks related to office-wide initiatives. Utilize Key Performance Indicators to measure office performance. Interface with third-party vendors and provide timely support. Responsibilities include responding to all questions and concerns in a friendly and timely manner while embracing existing office standards. Execute all office policies, processes, and procedures. The Dental Office Coordinator should be extremely thorough, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong background in customer service. The candidate should be technologically savvy, eventually demonstrating a mastery of all dental solutions software utilized in the office. Required Abilities, Skills, & Education High school or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred. 2+ years administrative assistant experience with 1+ year of dental experience required. Proven ability to work successfully with all dental teams. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interface with all team members, leadership, and patients. The Dental Patient Coordinator's working hours are Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 7:00-3:00pm, Tuesday 7:00am-4:00pm and Friday 9:00am-12:00pm. The Perks!Benefits:
