EDUCATION & REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited medical school Completion of an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency program Board Certified or Board Eligible (FM or IM) Active, unrestricted Colorado medical license (or ability to obtain licensure prior to start) Commitment to practicing value-based, patient-centered primary care Ability to work collaboratively within a team-based care model
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience practicing in a value-based or capitated care model Prior work with senior-focused or Medicare patient populations Interest in preventive care, population health, and chronic disease management Comfort working within an interdisciplinary care team Experience with Athena or comparable EMR systems
