Open Until Filled Lewis-Palmer School District 38, located in Monument, CO, is looking for a District Registrar . Come join our team and enjoy the breathtaking greenery and mountain range views! We are a short drive from Denver and our convenient location offers many options for hiking, skiing, and all outdoor activities. The District Registrar is responsible for overseeing student enrollment, withdrawal, and records management while ensuring compliance with district policies and state/federal regulations. While acting as a liaison between families, schools, and external agencies, the District Registrar maintains the student information system, manages School of Choice applications, and supports data reporting for district funding. This role involves customer service, training staff on data accuracy, coordinating federal surveys, and contributing to policy updates. The position requires strong technical, organizational, and communication skills, with experience in data management and a commitment to professionalism and confidentiality in a quiet office environment. The starting hourly wage for this position is dependent upon relevant previous experience with a range of $22.04 - $23.78. This position is based on a 261 day calendar and is a year round, full time position. Applications will be reviewed as they are received. This position will be open until filled. All employees are eligible for participation in the Colorado Public Employees Retirement Account, PERA. Full-time employees, employed at least thirty hours per week, of Lewis-Palmer School District are eligible for health insurance plans that include medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. Lewis-Palmer does provide one plan that is of no cost to the individual. However, employees may choose from a selection of plans that include coverage additional options for individuals, employee plus spouse, employee plus children, and family plans. Paid leave is accrued in accordance with District policies and afforded to all persons in accordance with Colorado law.
