Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our team at Simple Strokes Physical Therapy in Timnath, Colorado. This full-time position emphasizes a patient-centered approach, allowing therapists to focus on high-quality care without the pressure of rushed appointments. About the Organization Simple Strokes Physical Therapy is a well-respected outpatient orthopedic clinic located in the scenic community of Timnath, CO. Our facility is equipped with the latest therapeutic equipment and adheres to the highest standards of patient care. We pride ourselves on providing a nurturing environment for both our staff and patients, where collaboration and innovative practices are encouraged. Work Environment In our outpatient office, Physical Therapists work during regular business hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The clinic setting is structured and organized, allowing for focused patient care. Our team consists of skilled professionals who foster a collaborative atmosphere, ensuring that you will have the support and camaraderie necessary for success in your role. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient evaluations, assessing musculoskeletal conditions and functional limitations to create personalized and effective therapy plans. Provide one-on-one therapy sessions with 1 to 1.5 patients per hour, allowing you to build strong therapeutic relationships and monitor patient progress closely. Implement evidence-based practices in treatment sessions while using a variety of modalities such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and patient education. Collaborate and communicate with referring healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care and address patient's overall health considerations. Supervise and provide mentorship to Physical Therapist Assistants, ensuring high standards of care and adherence to treatment protocols. Maintain clear and accurate documentation of treatment plans, patient progress, and outcomes in accordance with state regulations. Patient Population / Client Focus Our clinic primarily serves individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, and chronic pain conditions. This includes athletes, post-operative rehabilitation patients, and those experiencing work-related injuries. Our focus on individualized care ensures that each patient receives the attention and specialized treatment they need to meet their rehabilitation goals and improve their quality of life. Qualifications A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational institution is required, with a preference for candidates holding a Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy. An active Physical Therapist license in Colorado or the eligibility to obtain licensure upon hire is essential. Strong commitment to providing hands-on, evidence-based physical therapy interventions and patient education. Preferred Experience At least 2 years of clinical experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting. Familiarity with WebPT EMR (Electronic Medical Record) system is advantageous but not mandatory. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage a varied caseload. Compensation and Benefits The salary for this position ranges from
USD 90,000
to 105,000 annually, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
