With multiple locations in Bridgeport, Stratford, and Stamford, our mission is to be a lifelong health care partner, dedicated to achieving optimal wellness for the communities we serve. Join our team-based model of care delivered in a kind and compassionate manner. We are currently recruiting for a Full Time Bilingual Front Office Registrar to join our team in Bridgeport, CT Bi-lingual needed - Fluent in: Spanish (preferred) Portuguese & Haitian Creole will also be considered. A language fluency proficiency will be administered as part of the in person interview process The Front Office Registrar is a member of a health care team responsible for working with Providers, Nurses and Clinical Support staff, to ensure a complete and timely patient flow process. Assure that pre-work is performed before the patient arrives by verifying demographic and insurance information to ensure prompt payment of services to Optimus. Monitor provider schedules to ensure Optimus established productivity levels and timely scheduling of patient visits. Working knowledge of Spanish is helpful.
