Competitive salary Paid time off Opportunity for advancement Health insurance Our established Concierge Internal Medicine Practice in Fort Lauderdale is seeking an experienced, professional, and patient-focused Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our team. We are looking for an individual who embodies the personality traits of congeniality, reliability, and affability , while demonstrating exceptional professionalism and a genuine commitment to providing outstanding patient care. The ideal candidate will be a multitask achiever with the ability to seamlessly transition between front-office and back-office responsibilities in a fast-paced, high-touch concierge medical environment.
Qualifications Required:
Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Internal Medicine practice Exceptional teamwork, communication, and customer service skills Proficiency with computer systems and Electronic Health Records (EHR) Ability to multitask and independently manage daily responsibilities Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred:
Experience with AthenaHealth EHR Job Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Venipuncture Performing EKGs Administering vaccines and injections Recording patient vital signs Scanning and uploading documents into the EHR system Managing incoming patient messages Scheduling patient appointments Assisting with patient flow and clinical operations Performing miscellaneous front-office and back-office duties as needed What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications $400 per month stipend towards health insurance Professional, team-oriented work environment Opportunity to work in a personalized concierge medicine setting Meaningful patient relationships and continuity of care Compensation Competitive pay offered based on experience and qualifications.
