The Patient Care Liaison plays a critical role in creating that experience. This is not a traditional front desk position. It is a highly coordinated patient-facing role designed to support continuity of care, provider workflow, and the overall experience patients have once they enter our system. We are looking for someone who combines professionalism, structure, communication precision, and emotional intelligence—someone who understands that the details behind care matter just as much as the care itself. At My Psychiatrist Hollywood, the Patient Care Liaison helps ensure patients never feel lost in the process. Your role becomes the bridge between patients, providers, and the systems that keep care moving forward efficiently and professionally. The Role As a Patient Care Liaison, you will support daily clinic operations by coordinating patient communication, appointment readiness, scheduling continuity, and provider workflow support.
You will work closely with:
Patients Providers Clinical teams Operations staff Your work directly impacts: Patient experience Provider efficiency Scheduling continuity Clinical workflow organization Care coordination across the practice What You'll Own Patient Experience & Appointment Coordination Welcome and greet patients arriving for in-person appointments with professionalism and warmth Help create a calm, organized, and supportive office environment Notify providers promptly when patients are ready for their appointments Outbound Communication & Patient Engagement Conduct outbound calls to existing patients to check them into appointments Schedule follow-up appointments with accuracy and efficiency Utilize HIPAA-compliant texting platforms for: Appointment reminders Rescheduling coordination Patient communication and follow-up support Guide patients through next steps with clarity and professionalism Systems, Documentation & Workflow Support Accurately document all patient interactions within EHR systems Maintain real-time accuracy across scheduling and patient records Ensure HIPAA compliance and confidentiality standards at all times Partner closely with providers and clinical teams to support efficient daily workflows Escalate patient concerns appropriately and follow through to resolution Non-Negotiable Requirements Required Bilingual English & Spanish 1+ years of experience in healthcare, patient coordination, front desk, or customer service environments Strong communication and organizational skills Experience working with EHR systems and scheduling workflows Comfort using texting platforms and digital communication tools Ability to multitask while maintaining professionalism and accuracy High attention to detail and operational follow-through What Success Looks Like Successful Patient Care Liaisons at
