Patient Coordinator | Join Our Dental Team! Come join our awesome team! We're looking for a friendly, organized, and patient-focused Patient Coordinator to join our growing dental team. If you love creating a great first impression, connecting with patients, and keeping the front office running smoothly, we'd love to meet you! What You'll Do Welcome patients with a warm, friendly attitude and build strong relationships Answer phones, schedule appointments, and help coordinate the daily office flow Maintain accurate patient records and process patient information Assist with dental insurance claims and patient documentation Keep the hygiene schedule full through re-care and patient outreach Communicate proactively with patients about appointments and wait times Help maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming front office Monitor office supplies and assist with inventory Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional demeanor Support the team with additional duties as needed What We're Looking For At least 1 year of dental front desk experience required High school diploma or equivalent Excellent customer service and communication skills Professional phone etiquette Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable with computers and learning new technology Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures Ability to problem-solve and find solutions Open Dental experience preferred Why Join Us?
