This role supports the daily operations of health programs, community outreach initiatives, and patient screening coordination. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Manage program scheduling, data entry, record-keeping, and general file management. Deliver established health education and outreach campaigns to target demographics. Assist program leadership with data collection and regular reporting metrics. Coordinate participant schedules for health screenings and facilitate necessary follow-up documentation. Serve as a primary point of contact for English- and Spanish-speaking clients, community partners, and stakeholders. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree required. Minimum of two (2) years of administrative or operational experience within a non-profit organization. Professional fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal). Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with Salesforce is preferred. Valid driver's license required for local travel. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and professional communication capabilities.
