Dental Patient Services Representative

Dental | Patient Service Representative (PSR) | Contract/Temp (3-Months)

Pay:

$15-$16/hr

Schedule:

Mon-Fri; 9am-5pm

Job Responsibilities :

Customer Service; acknowledge, smile and greet patients upon arrival/dismissal. Respond to patient questions and or concerns according to Policies. Answering Telephones. Scheduling Appointments. Maintaining Appointment Book. Confirming Appointments. Follow up on no shows/cancellation of Appointments. Register Patients on sign in sheet. Post charges and payments to patient accounts. Checking voicemail on a daily basis. Maintain a clean and friendly waiting area for patients.

Required Skills & Experience:

Six (6) months Denticon experience in the dental industry. Experience answering telephones. Must have exceptional customer service skills.

Preferred Skills & Experience :

Experience working in a dental, medical, or other health-care office. Knowledge of insurance plans (HMO/PPO).

Raul Primary Pay:

$15.00 - $16.00 per hour
