Join us at Downtown Miami Acupuncture Center, a relaxed and professional wellness clinic located in the heart of vibrant Downtown Miami. Our mission is to help patients feel their best, and we're looking for the right person to be the first smiling face they see when they walk in the door. What You'll Do Greet patients with warmth and professionalism. Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the daily schedule. Check patients in and out, process payments, and handle basic office tasks. Support acupuncturists with room preparation and flow of the clinic. Provide exceptional customer service while keeping the clinic environment calm, clean, and welcoming. Help grow our social media presence More fun stuff as you grow into the position What We're Looking For A friendly, approachable personality with excellent communication skills. Someone reliable, organized, and able to multitask. Excitement to learn about acupuncture and holistic health (no prior experience required). Someone with computer skills for scheduling and office management software. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a big plus.
