In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for patients, guiding them through their treatment plans with enthusiasm and professionalism. Your expertise will ensure a seamless patient experience from initial consultation to post-treatment follow-up, fostering trust and confidence in our dental practice. Responsibilities Welcome patients warmly, ensuring they feel comfortable and informed about their treatment options Explain treatment plans clearly, addressing patient questions and concerns with confidence and empathy Schedule appointments efficiently, coordinating with the dental team to optimize daily workflow Verify insurance benefits and assist patients with financial arrangements to facilitate treatment acceptance Maintain accurate patient records, including medical history, treatment notes, and billing information Follow up with patients post-treatment to ensure satisfaction and address any ongoing needs Support the dental team by managing administrative tasks such as processing referrals and handling correspondence Qualifications Prior experience in a medical or dental office setting is highly preferred Strong knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare procedures Proven ability to provide excellent medical administrative support in a fast-paced environment Office experience demonstrating organizational skills and attention to detail Familiarity with dental office operations and patient management software Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor Bilingual in Spanish and English highly preferred Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude Join us in creating exceptional patient experiences while advancing your career in a supportive, energetic environment.
