Make Kids Happy. Lead People. Create Great Experiences. We're growing, and we're looking for a people-focused leader to join our pediatric dental and orthodontic organization! Our centralized call center, usually referred to as our support center, supports 6+ growing offices, and we're looking for the right fit to lead a small team who are often the very first voice a family hears when they contact us. This role is about much more than answering phones. It's about creating an exceptional patient experience, developing people, maintaining consistency, and building a great team culture. What You'll Do Lead, coach, and support your team members. Get in the weeds with your team! Be a great positive influence. Help ensure families receive a warm, helpful, and consistent experience across all of our offices. Train on-site at one or more of our practicing locations to learn our operations, protocols, and culture firsthand. Ensure organizational protocols and standards are understood and consistently followed. Partner with office leaders to improve communication and patient flow. Coach team members through challenging conversations and patient interactions. Monitor performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Build a positive, accountable, and supportive team culture. Help out with other small projects in down time You Might Be Our Person If… You're a people person who genuinely enjoys helping others. You have experience in pediatric dentistry or orthodontics—a HUGE bonus! You have leadership or team-management experience, but formal management experience is not required. You're ready to use your dental experience in a role that focuses more on people, leadership, training, and patient experience than daily office operations. You communicate well, stay organized, and know how to handle challenging situations with kindness and professionalism. You lead with integrity, accountability, and a strong work ethic. You care deeply about customer service and understand that how we make people feel matters.
