Position Summary:
The Financial Counselor I plays a crucial role in assisting patients and their families by providing clear explanations of payment processes and ensuring a comfortable experience throughout the financial aspects of their care.
Qualifications:
Education/Training:
High School diploma or equivalent; completion of Patient Financial Services Orientation program and annual educational requirements.
Licensure/Certification:
None required.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years in a financial, business office, or customer service environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and typing skills. At least 1 year of PC/Windows experience. Top Reasons to Work at
