Job Description

About the Role This is not an entry-level customer service role. As a Patient Advocate Associate, you will manage a high volume of patient interactions while maintaining accuracy, urgency, and professionalism. You will serve as a key connection between patients, pharmacies, and internal teams, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience. Our patients rely on these services to maintain independence in their daily lives. Because of that, this role requires more than task completion. It requires the ability to build trust, communicate clearly, and ensure each patient feels confident and supported. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Success in this role means delivering both operational excellence and meaningful patient connection in every interaction. Key Responsibilities Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency Conduct proactive follow-up calls to patients and pharmacies Accurately document all interactions in CRM systems Establish and maintain patient accounts with precision Resolve patient concerns and coordinate with internal teams as needed Prioritize daily workload to meet performance expectations What We're Looking For (Non-Negotiable) Minimum 1 year of outbound calling experience in a KPI-driven environment Experience using a CRM system to track interactions and manage workflows Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess situations, identify root causes, and take action without constant direction Ability to think critically in real-time while on calls and make sound decisions Able to navigate multiple systems and resources to find answers independently Excellent verbal and written communication skills Preferred Experience Medical office, pharmacy, or healthcare environment Experience supporting patients or coordinating care What Sets You Apart You follow instructions the first time You take ownership and do not need constant direction You are organized, efficient, and hold yourself accountable to results You are comfortable working in a structured, performance-driven environment
