Patient Care Advocate

Bionic Prosthetics and Orthotics is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Patient Care Advocate to build and strengthen relationships with healthcare providers and referral sources throughout Broward and Dade counties. This is a field-based position with a strong focus on in-person outreach, relationship building, and community engagement to support our clinic's growth and reputation.

Responsibilities:

Conduct in-person visits with physicians, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and other referral sources to promote BIONIC's services. Build and maintain professional relationships that generate patient referrals and strengthen our presence in the community. Represent BIONIC at networking events, health fairs, and community activities as needed. Communicate regularly with the clinic manager to share updates, feedback, and opportunities from the field. Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and contacts daily.

Requirements:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional demeanor. Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field. Ability to travel within Broward and Dade counties (primary focus on Broward). Reliable transportation Prior healthcare marketing experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided by the clinic manager. Bilingual in
