Registrar Coord

We are looking for an individual seeking a career opportunity with one of the largest employers within the Tampa Bay area. The Registrar Coordinator will work on-site on a full-time basis. Responsibilities The Registrar Coordinator is responsible for performing functions in any or all the following modalities: reception, registration, scheduling, financial counseling, bed control, cashier and insurance verification/authorization. Team member will demonstrate proficiency in all of the Registrar modalities within the department. Responsible for resolving registrar and customer service issues, processing payroll, maintaining department staffing schedules, assisting manager in providing guidance and direction to the Registrars, participating in coaching/counseling and annual performance evaluations. May be responsible to rotate shifts and take call.
