From $23.00 per hour Job description: Dental Patient Coordinator Onsite| Full-Time About the Role We are seeking an experienced Dental Patient Coordinator who excels in organization, communication, and execution to take ownership of our checkout process. This role is essential to ensuring every patient leaves with a clear plan, a scheduled appointment, and a positive experience. You'll be part of a high-performing, supportive team that values accountability, efficiency, and a strong office culture. What You'll Do Deliver exceptional, white-glove service to every patient from first contact through treatment completion. Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring a welcoming and seamless patient experience. Schedule and coordinate appointments to support patient needs and practice goals. Present treatment recommendations, discuss financial options, and help patients move forward with care. Verify insurance benefits and assist patients with understanding coverage and costs. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure timely follow-up communication. Collaborate closely with doctors and team members to provide outstanding patient care and office efficiency. Contribute as a strong team player who fosters a positive, professional, and patient-focused culture. Patient Communication Clearly reinforce next steps and provider recommendations Help patients feel informed and confident about their care Team Collaboration You'll work alongside a team of amazing Patient Coordinators Qualifications Minimum 3 years dental front office experience
