Call Center - Patient Serv Rep - Recent Medical Office Exp Required

Training is on-site; a local candidate in or next door to Sarasota is required. We are a busy medical practice seeking a Patient Service Rep to join our team. The ideal call center candidate will have: At least 1 year of experience scheduling medical appointments by phone Live in the Sarasota or Manatee county areas, as stated above. Familiarity with using an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to manage high call volumes with professionalism and accuracy Ability to speak Spanish is preferred Applicants who do not meet the above requirements cannot be considered.
