Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough evaluations of patient conditions by utilizing comprehensive assessment tools and tests. Document clinical findings and create individualized therapy plans that align with patients' rehabilitation goals. Implement effective treatment interventions using various techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities. Regularly monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes. Foster open communication with patients and their families, educating them on treatment processes and encouraging active participation in therapy. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including doctors and occupational therapists, to provide holistic support to our patients. Patient Population / Client Focus At Move Strong Physical Therapy, our primary focus is on outpatient care, serving a diverse patient population ranging from post-operative patients to individuals recovering from chronic pain and sports injuries. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required. Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of Florida. Demonstrated clinical expertise and strong interpersonal communication skills. Ability to develop compassionate relationships with patients, instilling confidence and motivation throughout their rehabilitation. Preferred Experience A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a physical therapy setting is preferred, with strong foundational knowledge of outpatient rehabilitation practices. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive annual salary in the range of
USD 85,000
