We are seeking a bilingual, highly professional Medical Office Specialist who thrives in a responsibility-driven environment and genuinely enjoys helping people. This is not an entry-level "clock in and clock out" front desk role. We are looking for someone polished, organized, emotionally intelligent, and capable of creating a welcoming, efficient, and patient-first experience in a fast-moving multidisciplinary medical practice. If you are bilingual in Spanish and English, naturally hospitable, detail-oriented, and take pride in professionalism, we would love to meet you. What You'll Do Welcome patients with professionalism, warmth, and confidence Answer phones and assist patients with scheduling and appointment coordination Support smooth patient flow throughout the clinic Communicate effectively with providers, medical assistants, and leadership Translate and interpret for Spanishspeaking patients when needed Maintain accurate patient documentation and records Handle administrative responsibilities with urgency and attention to detail Help create a positive, teamoriented environment focused on exceptional service What We're Looking For
