Job Description:
Notifies appropriate departments for any work orders and Environmental Services for any needed services. Presents and sells products and services to current and potential members. Builds and maintains relationships with existing members to reduce attrition levels. Greets customers and patients, answers telephone with good phone etiquette, and transfers calls to appropriate party. Assists members with billing changes, bridges, freezes, or other changes in membership status.

Excellent communication skills [Required] Exemplary customer service skills [Required] Strong selling skills [Required] Ability to multitask [Required] Ability to identify guest needs through listening and prioritizing [Required] Must be able to read, write, speak, and have good comprehension of conversational English [Required] Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office [Required] Assessment/evaluation and verification abilities [Required] Skills in balancing figures, computing totals, and verifying calculations [Required] Interviewing skills [Required] Ability to input data [Required] Proficient in problem identification and resolution [Required] Strong working knowledge of applicable policies, principles, regulations, etc., as relevant to the position [Required] Knowledge of regulations and laws related to the position, including but not limited to BSA and AML Compliance [Required]
Education:
High School Grad or Equiv [Preferred]
Work Experience:
1+ retail or customer service experience [Preferred] Previous experience in a health and wellness/fitness center [Preferred]

Pay Range:
